Beauty Queen Policies
All appointments are given a 10 minute grace period. It is important to me that I be respectful of all my clients time so that they receive quality service that is executed in a timely manner. If you are aware that you will be running late a text or phone call would be greatly appreciated. After the grace period you must be rescheduled. If you are scheduled for multiple services, it is not guaranteed that there will be time to complete them all.
Cancellations & No Shows
24 hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 50% of the total cost of services which will be charged to your card on file, and is not applied towards your next service. A reciept will be emailed to you.
A no show (failing to call, text, cancel, or reschedule) fee is 100% of the total cost and will be charged to the card on file and will not be applied towards your next appointment. A receipt will be emailed to you. Two no shows or failure to pay your fee(s) will prevent you from being serviced at Beauty Queen.
Two consecutive cancelations will limit you to a same day appointment. You will resume the ability to rebook in advance once you've come in for an appointment.

If you reschedule the day of your appointment to come in on a different week (i.e. you have a Tuesday appointment, and reschedule to the following Tuesday), your card on file will be charged an inconvenience fee of 50% of the total cost of services, which is not applied to your next service. A receipt will be emailed to you. Two consecutive reschedulings will limit you to a same day appointment. You will resume the ability to rebook in advance once you've come in for your appointment.
